Doors open, recommended arrival time, box office details, and ticket pickup vary by event — specifics will be added here once finalized. In the meantime, email hello@bkarthaus.com with questions about an upcoming event.

Accessibility

Accessible entrances and seating are available throughout the building, and we have three accessible bathrooms on site. Service animals are always welcome.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a dress code?

Come as you are, all are welcome. But we love to see your creativity!

Can I bring drinks into the theater?

Most shows allow for drinks purchased at The MOUTH to be taken into events. No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Are children welcome?

Yes, but please check each event for age recommendations. We have so much youth programming! Be sure to visit our events page for more information. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the venue after 10pm.

Are late arrivals seated immediately?

Seating is at the discretion of Haus Management. We aim to ensure that all are seated in a process that does not disturb the performance.

Is The Mouth open before and after performances?

Yes! Happy Hour is from 4-6pm and dinner is from 5-10pm. The café at The MOUTH is open from 11am onward for organic coffee and teas, mezze and sandwiches, Balthazaar pastries and cookies from Amy's Bread.

Where should I park?

Free street parking is available on Hope street and Metropolitan Avenue in addition to meter parking along Havemeyer and under the BQE.
